Bill is a leading capital markets and M&A practitioner in New York. He has worked on a full range of securities offerings, and transactions, with a particular focus on international listings, and mergers and acquisitions in the United States, China, Europe, Australia, Eastern Europe, Israel and Ireland. Bill has been involved in more than 100 capital markets transactions, providing a unique familiarity and strength in the area of initial and follow-on public offerings, special purpose acquisition companies, shelf-takedowns, registered directs, PIPEs, at-the-market offerings (ATMs), mergers of public and private companies, going-private transactions, private equity and venture capital formation and investments, 144A debt offerings of public and private companies and rights offerings.

Corey Luskin Vice Chair, Angel Outreach
Corey is an investment banker with England & Company, where he works with growth-stage companies and investors on a wide range of strategic and financial needs. He has extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and financing transactions primarily for in media, information services, financial services and technology companies. Corey was previously head of Corporate Development for Bisys and Innodata, leading acquisitions and corporate venture initiatives. Corey graduated from the Wharton MBA program in 1994 and is also a CFA charterholder.

Amy is Head of Product at Bread Finance, a fintech startup transforming consumer lending backed by Menlo Ventures and Bessemer Venture Partners. Previously, she was in senior Product roles at Contently and AppNexus, where she helped launch the Publisher business. Amy began her career as an investment banker and private equity investor focused on investments in healthcare, technology and media. She active in the startup community as an investor, advisor and a mentor for Startupbootcamp Fintech.

Lesley has been an entrepreneur since the third grade when she sold sharpened pencils to her classmates. Since then, she has built, advised, and invested in a number of start-ups. Currently consulting at The Stamford Innovation Center, she is developing programming that connects the startup community with the entrepreneurial ecosystem. She brings to the party a unique combination of keen strategy, insight, and a strong execution skill set. She understands what needs to be done, opens her toolbox, and makes it happen. Among other projects, Lesley is producing the NYC Region of New York State Business Plan Competition again in 2014, after her region swept the state competition with the grand prize winner and first place finishes in several categories in 2013.

Deb has more than 10 years of experience in innovating and bringing to market cutting-edge technologies and products. He is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of Xpand, a company developing technologies for the new generation of workforce needs. Xpand's flagship product, a New Hire Experience Solution, has widespread adoption among Fortune 1000 companies. Prior to founding Xpand, Deb led a $200m business segment at Thomson Reuters. Deb previously worked as a Venture Capitalist and began his career in the Algorithmic Trading Group of Goldman Sachs.

Ryan Bell
Ryan is a Wharton Undergraduate from the Class of 2005. Following graduation, Ryan worked at Bear Stearns in Mortgage Structuring and Securitization and then moved to Fortress Investment Group where we he is still employed in the Asset Backed Lending group. Ryan was immediately drawn to the Wharton Angel Network due to his interests in both start-ups and angel investing and is eager to provide any assistance necessary to get the WAN initiative up and running.

Peter Borum
Born and raised in rural Kentucky, Pete went to Stanford University, where he was elected Class President his sophomore year, started his first business his junior year, and led the Stanford Daily’s advertising department to its best revenue performance in history his senior year. After working for two years in digital ad sales in New York, he started Aspirént Marketing & PR in 2009, taking it to profitability within 7 months, despite an abysmal economic environment. Included among his clients were the US Commerce Department and Bloomberg for Mayor 2009, where his team spearheaded the logistics behind a GOTV campaign that successfully knocked on over one million doors, in all five boroughs, in only four days’ time. Pete sold Aspirént to Revstone Private Equity in 2010, where he led the brand consolidation of 18 portfolio companies, with 52 locations in 4 countries. While at Revstone, he began the Executive MBA program at Wharton, where he was in the top 10% of his class (by GPA) until returning to New York to cofound Reelio. He successfully completed his MBA while simultaneously building Reelio, graduating in May 2013.

Will is a Principal in the Tech & Telco team at Apax Partners. He joined Apax in 2007 and is based in New York. Will has participated in a number of deals including Paradigm, Epicor Software Corporation, Activant Solutions and Sophos. He serves as a Director on the Boards of Paradigm and Epicor. Prior to joining Apax, Will worked at Bain & Company and Goldman Sachs, advising clients in the telecoms and technology sectors.
Will holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University, an MS in Engineering, Economic Systems & Operations Research from Stanford University and an MA in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania. He also has an MBA from Wharton.

Dan frequently lectures on a variety of private and public company topics, as well as those relating to sports law. He has also appeared on national television and has been quoted in The Wall Street Journal, Forbes and other nationally recognized newspapers and magazines.
Dan is on the Board of Directors of The Dwight Freeney Foundation, Inc., a not-for-profit corporation targeting childhood obesity. Dan is the Editor-in-Chief of the Corporate Quick Hit, Herrick's bi-monthly current events newsletter.

Eugene has previously worked at First Index, Gatelinx, and Artificial Life. Eugene holds an MBA from Wharton and is a graduate of St. Petersburg State University in Russia.

As an entrepreneur Ms. Nandedkar has built and managed both services and product businesses, including a digital solutions company building e-commerce, m-commerce and business intelligence solutions for Fortune 500 companies. Ms. Nandedkar has an M.B.A Wharton and a Masters in Computer Applications and Bachelors in Mathematics from Mumbai, India.

Jonathan Tamir
Jonathan Tamir is currently responsible for the faculty practice group at Westchester Medical Center which is made up of 200+ primarily procedural clinicians and is growing quickly. Prior to WMC Jonathan was the Vice Chairman for Finance and Administration in the Department of Internal Medicine at the Yale University School of Medicine; a department with a budget of over $220M and over 400 faculty members with about 70 clinical FTEs. Jonathan has held leadership positions in medical groups, hospitals and medical schools and is focused on maximizing revenue cycle metrics, improving the patient experience, developing new programs and clinical sites and mentoring the next generation of healthcare leaders. Jonathan earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering at the Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from Wharton. After Wharton he was selected to be an administrative fellow at Massachusetts General Hospital.

Benjamin Williams
Ben was raised in Connecticut, where he was an Eagle Scout before attending University of Pennsylvania for Computer Science & Engineering. A four-year track & field athlete and ROTC member, Ben also founded and ran two profitable IT businesses while at Penn, until receiving his US Navy commission upon graduation. He served as a Naval officer for nearly six years, including two combat tours. His first billet included running all of the computer and communications systems aboard a missile cruiser (USS Bunker Hill: CG-52), and leading armed boarding teams on target ships in the Persian Gulf. Later, he earned his certification in Nuclear Engineering from the Navy Nuclear Power School, and ran the nuclear reactor division aboard USS Harry Truman (CVN-75). After the Navy, Ben worked for Lockheed Martin, where he helped found the New Ventures division, taking it from inception to ~$250M in annual revenue while pursuing non-traditional projects in energy, materials science, and technology. Along the way, he founded Open Sky Energy, played Div 1 Rugby, and began his Executive MBA studies at Wharton, before leaving Lockheed to co-found Reelio. He graduated with his MBA in May of 2013. He is a co-founder of Reelio, and currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Operating Officer.
