Mentorship 

At WAAN, we aim to leverage the powerful experiential capital that exists within the Wharton and Penn community by connecting promising entrepreneurs with world-class mentors who can make an impact. Mentors and mentees are carefully matched by our selection committee after reviewing respective applications to ensure an alignment of interests and skill sets. To ensure a rewarding experience for both parties, we ask each mentor-mentee pair to meet for at least an hour a month and four times a quarter.
